Hi Everyone - no recipe here, just an invitation. As part of Stissing House’s Folk Summer I’ll be teaching two cooking classes in Pine Plains: the first on July 12th, and the second on the 26th. 

Think of it as a cooking class meets feast. I’ll be doing a practical demonstration, you’ll be cooking along, we’ll all be drinking shandies, then we’ll sit dow…
