Hi everyone—thanks for all your feedback on my kitchen layout and work triangle. Perhaps you’ve cleared a space to prep and placed a pinch pot of salt next to your stove.

This week I’m going to answer some of your questions (appliance selection etc), and share some thrilling details that have made cooking in this space a joy.
