This is so cozy! But wait, I need to know more about said Halloween Chili logistics. Do you have bowls ready for everyone? Do you cook multiple batches, or just one huge one? What a gift for your neighbors. :)

I make a huge vat--this year planning to do 5x this recipe using 10lbs mince. I'll be making it in an 18" rondeau that takes up 2 burners. After cooking it in the kitchen I'll move it to a hot-plate by the door. Serving in paper bowls with those compostable corn spoons (I hate how the wooden ones dry the mouth).

Yes, absolutely. Just cook them separately and fold them through with some of their liquor!
